FOUR WEEK MEDITATION PROGRAMMES FOR EMPLOYEES
HOW IT WORKS
Over four weeks, I will meet once a week via Zoom for a one-hour bespoke lesson with individual employees. Meditation is a personal, unique journey and it’s different for everyone, I will ensure we are using the techniques right for you and provide you with the meditation tools and motivational exercises that best suit you.
Step 1
Meditation is one of the most beneficial self care regimes that you can introduce to your health, and to your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. When you meditate your breathing relaxes and slows down. Scientific research has revealed that daily meditation has positive effects on the heart the brain and immune system, as well as your blood pressure and stress hormones decreasing.
Daily meditation introduces silence and stillness into your mind and body which creates internal peace, clarity, and fulfilment. Let me help you find the inner silence that’s already within you, waking it up, to show up, in your everyday life.

One of the many beautiful things about meditation is that you don’t need any level of fitness or ability to be able to practice and benefit from it. Meditation for the mind is what exercise is for the brain.
My mission is to make meditation simple and accessible for everyone, to give people the tools and inspiration to begin a continual daily meditation practice.
Anyone can meditate. I will guide you and introduce you to meditation techniques, combined with other complimentary techniques, to help you develop your own daily practice. Let meditation be your superpower.

THE LESSONS
Intro to Meditation. This is where I introduce myself and explain the benefits of meditation. Meditation is my superpower!
The practice of Meditation. How to begin and maintain a daily practice. Here I cover the basics of a healthy and enjoyable meditation daily ritual.
The do’s and don’t… what to do and what not to do when you first open your eyes in the morning.
Your Space. Getting your “go to meditation space ready” making meditation part of your morning daily ritual.
Breath awareness. Becoming aware of your breath and its rhythm.
Check in’s. Where are you, how are you feeling, becoming accustomed to your surroundings, sounds and sensations whilst meditating.
Being in the present. How to find your anchor, your inner silence and stillness.
Breath techniques. A variety of breathing techniques which help relieve stress and anxiety, bringing you back to your anchor and the present moment.
Mantra Meditations. A tool to help release the mind, a mantra boosts awareness and improves concentration. It helps you stay focused.
Breath Counting Meditations. Strength building exercise for the mind. It helps cleanse away distracting thoughts and builds concentration power.
Guided Meditations. These guided meditations take you on a beautiful journey, your mind and body becoming totally relaxed and calmed. All you have to do is listen to my voice and enjoy.
Chakra Meditations. There are 7 Chakras in our body, these are also associated with different colours, they are energy channels in certain areas of the body. These look after our physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. I will guide you to cleanse, clear and rebalance your chakras.
Affirmation Meditations. Positive, self empowerment affirmations, effective meditations for release and acceptance.
Intention Meditations. To set an intention whilst meditating and carrying the intention with you throughout your day.
Tarot/Variety of Oracle Card Meditations. Your personal tarot/ oracle card pull, to guide you on what message the card has to offer you?
Self love. It teaches us about forgiveness, compassion and acceptance.
Gratitude. It teaches us to focus and express gratitude for all the things in our lives
Inner child. It teaches us to address our needs that haven’t been met as a child. In healing the attachment wounds we’ve developed.
Crown. It teaches us that we are always wearing our crown, to check in on it daily.
Surrender. It teaches us to give up the obstacles that have been placed on our daily path.
Chakras. There are 7 Chakras in our body, these are also associated with different colours, they are energy channels in certain areas of the body. These look after our physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Meditation helps realign these chakras.
Acceptance. It teaches us to let go and accept all the good and bad in our lives with love and kindness.
