“I start the day in a much more relaxed mood”

With the type of work I do, it can get stressful from time to time, I decided to have a go at Rhodope’s meditation challenge.

I found the various different meditation types and breathing techniques have helped me greatly, I am still using them in the mornings before I start work and I then start the day in much more relaxed mood.

I even used the breathing techniques on a trip to the dentist, which helped as it takes your mind of what’s going on around you.

I will continue to use the meditation and would highly recommend it.

“Meditating with '[rhodope] taught me how to appreciate the simple things”

Rhodope is one of the most wonderful human beings. Positivity, kindness and calmness burst out of her like a bright shining star and her connection with my inner being will always remain. Meditating with her taught me how to appreciate even the simple things, things that I had completely taken for granted or even forgotten about.

I learned how to start to look after myself in ways that were so simple, yet so effective.

Channelling positive energy from myself has created an impact on others and this is something we can all do, we just need to learn how. Meditation has taught me how to respond to challenges, not to react and I will carry that  with me forever.
